Cre8tive Voyage is a branding and marketing agency run by CRE8TIVE VOYAGE LLC, 7699 Kensington Court, Brighton, Michigan 48116. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Cre8tive Voyage.

This policy explains what we collect when you visit cre8tivevoyage.com, complete our Flight Check at flightcheck.cre8tivevoyage.com, book a Discovery Call or email us, and how we use it.

02What We Collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus the basic technical details every website receives.

• Flight Check answers. Your name, role, business name, email address and phone number, and your answers about your business: revenue range, goals, challenges, the marketing you have in place and your monthly ad budget.
• Discovery Call bookings. The name, email address and time you choose when you book a call.
• Emails and messages. Anything you send us at begin@cre8tivevoyage.com.
• Technical details. Our website host and form provider automatically log basic information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the services running and secure.

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our Flight Check form, run by Perspective, uses cookies to work and to measure how it's used. You choose which ones to allow when you open it.

• To reply to you and prepare for your Discovery Call.
• To put together your Flight Plan, our recommendation for your business.
• To send emails about your request, such as a confirmation that we received your Flight Check.
• To deliver our services if you become a client.
• To keep our website and forms working, secure and easy to use.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

04Who We Share It With

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our business. They only receive what they need to do their job for us:

• Webflow hosts our website.
• Perspective runs our Flight Check form and sends the related emails.
• Calendly schedules Discovery Calls.
• Our email and business software providers help us communicate with you, manage projects and send invoices.

We may also share information with professional advisers, such as our accountant or attorney, or when the law requires it.

05If You Become A Client

When clients give us access to their business accounts, such as a Google Business Profile, Meta business tools or website, we use that access only to do the work we agreed on. Your business accounts and their data always stay yours. Our written agreement with each client explains how we handle their information in more detail.

06How Long We Keep It

We keep Flight Check answers and emails for as long as we need them to talk with you about working together, and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and tax requirements. When we no longer need your information, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

07How We Protect It

We use reputable providers, keep access to your information limited to the people who need it, and protect our accounts with strong passwords and two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to protect what you share with us.

08Your Choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also opt out of our emails by replying to any of them or writing to us. Email begin@cre8tivevoyage.com and we will respond within 30 days.

09Children

Our website and services are for businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10Other Websites

Our website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Calendly. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
